Entertainment Worldwide Network 619-639-4709 (EVERY SUN, THRU FRI 10PM EAST COAST / 7PM WEST COAST) brings you“Artist Development” Tonight's show is“Do’s and Don’ts of the Recording Studio” Time is money and money is time – Don’t show up late to the studio. By doing this you have already lost money. Don’t be angry – Technical difficulties are bound to happen. Ungrounded pickups, loose snares, squeaky pedals and noisy stomp boxes. What was a great sound at the concert has the opposite effect in the studio. Don’t bother the engineer – they are here to do what they were paid to do and that’s to work, not to stroke your ego by answering frivolous questions of you being the best they have heard. Don’t enter the studio with food or liquids of any kind – this is a accident waiting to happen. Do plan accordingly – budget money to accommodate extra sessions for recordings, re-mixing, mastering or overdubs. Do come prepared to work – practice is done at home. Work is done in the studio. Do come with great energy – there is nothing worse than a weak recording of your music. Do be well rested – this may or may not take longer than you expected.  Do have a plan before you are on the engineer’s clock – know what song, tempo, solo etc. and stick to it. Take the advice it’s free but whether you do or don’t the engineer still gets paid handsomely. Need to know more ask our panel of experts.

Our Panelist: Don Jr - CEO of Impressive Concepts Inc. (11 Years Exp), Ann Daley of Ukneekly U, and James Garner, Manager, Artist Development (over 30 Years Exp). We are changing the face of the Entertainment Industry!
