The University of South Africa (Unisa) has noted with concern that students speak to the mainstream and post on social media platforms about not being able to receive their graduation certificates. Please note that Unisa has informed students via SMS to pick up their certificates at the Unisa Main Campus in Muckleneuck and at Regional Facilities on various occasions, but many students have not done so. SMS messages will be forwarded to students soon to indicate the date and the Unisa office where the certificates must be collected.
We urge students to respond to our request to collect their certificates and refrain from engaging with the media but rather contact the University at the following E-mail address enquire@unisa.ac.za or to contact the Call Centre on 080 000 1870.
