Job Title:         Support Worker (Supported Living Servcies)

Location:         Wirral - Various Locations

Salary details: £7.65 rising to £8.00 p.h. (after probation and QCF/NVQ qualified)

Overtime pay:  Regular overtime avaialable at an additional £1 p.h. on top of your hourly rate of pay.

Contract Type: Full Time & Part Time contracts available

Rota:              To include evenings and weekend working

About our Supported Living Projects

Supported Living offers people the opportunity to hold their own tenancy. We work with registered social landlords to offer bespoke services in a variety of housing from single flats to shared accommodation. All services are tailored to meet the individual’s needs.

Requirements

  • Provide a high standard of Care
  • Willing to undertake training
  • Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • To assist with all personal care
  • Ability to work alone and use your own imitative
  • Basic IT skills

 

Responsibilities

  • Accompanying service users to leisure activities and outings
  • To complete support plans, reports and charts etc.
  • Be able to support tenants through times when they are feeling anxious and may result in them displaying risk behaviours
  • Dispense or assist to give out medication as and when required – full training will be provided
  • importance of confidentiality
