Purpose of the role:        

To deliver on the company’s brand promise to get people better and create happy patients through delivering outstanding patient care and mentoring and supporting clinical and non-clinical staff to be their professional best.

Key Accountabilities:

                        

                        

  • See 14 new patients & 145 total visits per month
  • Be a professional & clinical mentor to physical therapists
  • Manage Staff Schedules to achieve productivity                
  • Comply with relevant regulations, State & Federal
  • Participate in Marketing Programs and Community Outreach        
  • Participate in & Contribute to Employee Performance Evaluations
  • Contribute to Company Strategic Priorities and Planning
  • Oversee daily operations of the clinic, including:
  • complete and accurate data entry into EMR
  • timely and appropriate follow up with potential New Patient’s and patient inquiries/complaints
  • timely and accurate copay and payment collection, posting, deposits, communication with Billing Department
  • Engage in regular Employee Development Meetings with staff members

Qualifications:

Physical Therapy Degree

California Physical Therapy License

CPR Certification

Advanced Physical Therapist Certification

  • At least 5 years of out-patient physical therapy clinical experience
  • At least 2 years customer service experience
