National Postdoctoral Association- Tell Us Your Story
The POSTDOCket recently published the article "Addressing the Elephant in the Ivory- Diversity in Academia". Through Tell Us Your Story, the NPA would like to share your voice and part of your story of how bias, discrimination, racism, and social inequities have impacted not only your postdoctoral experience, but your career pathway as well. We will share parts of your story anonymously via the NPA's social media accounts, to create a community and amplify individual voices.

We will read through all responses and work to make as many submitted voices heard as possible. By submitting your responses here, you are agreeing for us to make your words public.
