Bloomberg: Galaxy S9 and S9+ release date set for March, upgraded cameras in tow

With this latest Bloomberg report that the Galaxy S9 will be unveiled in February, we have three different sources claiming the same thing, so where there is smoke, there could be fire. The Galaxy S9 is expected to be unveiled around the time of the next Mobile World Congress expo in Barcelona, as usual.

Samsung broke the tradition this year, announcing the S8 much later than that, but if the S9 will be the MWC 2018 showstopper, it means that we might see it announced as soon as February 25th, as Samsung usually unveils its spring flagship on the Sunday before the MWC expo starts. This would certainly jibe with the rumors that next year the Galaxy S9 may arrive earlier than its predecessor did.

Bloomberg's insiders say that the S9 and S9+ will be unveiled in February, and released a few weeks later, in March, boasting a better camera than what's currently on the Galaxy S8. We've also seen that the fingerprint scanner has been moved around a bit to accommodate your index finger, rather than the other way around like with the S8 and S8+.
