Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR technology implementation and consulting.
- Strong understanding of recruiting and onboarding processes, as well as general HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to deliver engaging and effective training programs to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and address complex issues.

- UKG Pro certification is strongly preferred.

However, knowledge of HCM systems such as HR, Payroll, Recruiting, and WFM systems is important. You should be a quick learner and clear communicator who can support the needs of our clients, consultants, and partners. Duties may include:
- Provide day-to-day project management to ensure successful system implementation by establishing clear goals, identifying potential issues/risks, and developing contingency plans
- Tracking progress and providing overarching communication and coordination
- Work with multiple clients, projects, and consultants at a time
