Three Trinity students have become national rugby champions, helping the NSW Waratahs to victory in the final of the Australian under 16 championships.
M.Meagher (10Hi), S.Niulala (11St) and D.Christodoulou (11Mu) were part of the team that defeated the Queensland Reds 40-10 in the final.
Director of Rugby Mick Snowden described it as a “fantastic achievement”.
Who knows – maybe one day they will emulate old boys like Tane Edmed in playing Super Rugby for the Waratahs.
