BYU's Miles Batty and Utah's Amanada Mergaert were named the Mountain Region men and women's Track Athletes of the Year by the United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA).
BYU track and field coach Mark Robison was selected as the 2011 Mountain Regional Men's Coach of the Year while his counterpart, Patrick Shane was named Mountain Region Women's Coach of the Year.
