Houzz Call: Show Us Your Kids’ Favorite Homework Spots
What kinds of spaces help your children get those assignments done at home?
Parents, it’s that time of year again. School is back in full swing, and kids are trying to find the best spot to figure out algebra problems, work on that project for the science fair, get their reading done and study for tests. Where do your kids do their work? What are the most important things about the space?
What kind of lighting do you find is best for your kids at their homework station? Have you found clever ways to integrate charging stations for a laptop or other devices they may need to complete their work?
If your child is at an age when lots of reading is required, where is his or her favorite space to get through A Tale of Two Cities?
Is there a designated room in your home for studying, or is it a station in your child’s room or in a common space?
