We are proud to present ‘Moving Train‘, the new track from Lovelace‘s forthcoming album ‘Lands‘. Directed and conceived by award-winning filmmaker Carlos Marulanda, the video features Lovelace herself caught while seemingly committing a break only to discover that her motives are not so sinister.
The visuals go hand in hand with the lyrical content which Lovelace herself describes as:
“finding the strength to say “If its not a fuck yes, then its a fuck no” and then dealing with that intoxicating, dangerous lust for what you can’t have that follows. It is a bursting feeling, a moving train”.
The result is an unorthodox and compelling vocal melody that floats with menace over vintage keyboard sounds, hip hop influenced beats beats and suitable sprucing of guitars.
