Hello Wheatsville friends and fans!
WOW! This cold snap has everyone reaching for the soup pot. We can always tell when it's cold because the canned tomatoes and broth start flying out of the store and all of us start talking about our favorite soup recipes. This one for Cabbage Farro Soup started getting passed around by Dana, our Fresh Manager. It can be made vegan or with meat and both ways are delicious!
We also see an uptick in people hitting up our amazing soups on the hot bar - in particular African Peanut and Tempeh Chili are perennial fan-favorites and of course our ready-to-eat Roasted Chickens are large enough to feed a family of 4 with leftovers!
