Welcome to the eighth annual Newcastle Poetry Festival!
Taking ‘In/Out of Place’ as its theme, and with an emphasis on local places in the region, the Newcastle Poetry Festival continues to be a place to explore poetry, archives and creative practice.
Please join us for three days of readings, workshops, panel discussions, commissions and schools events. We hope that the Festival will bring young people, students and emerging writers together with local, national and international poets, poetry publishers and promoters.
