Hi,
My name is Peter and my daughters are 14 and 16.
We are from Perth Australia and went on a holiday to Canada and took our 2 Labradors, 3 Cats and our two Pomeranains. We left Australia to escape a predator who had attacked one of our daughters. Romeo is a support animal for my daughter.
This is our super cute Juliette. Her and Romeo are inseperable.
Due to a clerical error we got deported back to Australia and Canada would not send our pets back. Not their concern - was their response to much pleading.
We have been fundraising for a year now and have managed to 'get to LAX' and have them quarantine ready but not further.
My wife and I pleaded for help but only received $50 from this news cast.
We had to give up our beloved Labradors and Cats because we could not raise enough money to bring them home.
Fortunately Romeo and Juliette can be in the cabin with us and we have managed to raise enough money to have them quarantine qualified and for us to get to Los Angeles by using a friends staff discount travel voucher.
The plan is to take an internal flight to Buffalo and then hire a car to drive to 2 hrs to collect them from the very special person who has been looking after them for the last year.
We are almost there, we only need $1200 to pay for the last leg of a year long journey to get my daughters pets back.
Can you help? Can you help us get to the finish line? Our daughters miss our animals and to have to give most of them up has been so emotionally devastating. We thank deeply those that have already helped but we just need a little bit more to get us there.
My wife is my carer as I have a disability so we can not afford this ourselves and just want to ask the community to help us out one more time.
