Detroit Lions 10 draft picks in order they were selected:

TAYLOR DECKER

Draft: First round, 16th overall

Position: Offensive tackle

College: Ohio State

Size: 6-foot-7, 317 pounds

Comments: Fills an immediate need for an offensive tackle. He’s played left and right, but GM Bob Quinn said it hasn’t been determined where he and Riley Reiff will start the season. They’ll work it out in training camp and the preseason. At Ohio State he played in 54 games and started 42 straight. … He’s thrilled to be playing three hours from his family who live near Columbus, Ohio. … He’s a leader and was voted a captain by his Buckeye teammates.

A’SHAWN ROBINSON

Draft: Second round, 46th overall

Position: Defensive tackle

College: Alabama

Size: 6-foot-4, 315 pounds

Comments: The youngster of the group just turned 21 on March 21. He looks older though. … He has admired Lions DT Haloti Ngata for years. He didn’t just say that because he was drafted by Lions, he said that at the NFL combine in February. … He should push Ngata and Ty Walker to start and is likely to be heavy in the rotation if he doesn’t start. … Started playing organized football when he was 4 years old when he was as big as a second-grader.

GRAHAM GLASGOW

Draft: Third round, 111th overall

Position: Center/guard

College: Michigan

Size: 6-foot-6, 301 pounds

Comments: While he played mostly center for the Wolverines, he will be in mix for guard also with the Lions. He could push Travis Swanson for the start. … He’s happy to be playing just down the road from Ann Arbor. He met Taylor Decker (the enemy from Ohio State) at the combine and exchanged numbers with him. … He really benefited from playing in the East-West Shrine Game. He did so well he got an invitation to the Senior Bowl which elevated his draft status. … His brothers Ryan and Jordan also play football at Michigan.

MILES KILLEBREW

Draft: Fourth round, 111th overall

Position: Safety

College: Southern Utah

Size: 6-foot-2 and 219 pounds

Comments: Fans are going to love this guy. He’s so excited about playing for the Lions. What a day he had on Saturday. He got the call from the Lions while he was getting ready to go to graduation where he was to receive a degree in engineering. He said Lions coaches have not been specific about where they expect him to play. He’s likely to compete for the open starting spot at strong safety opposite Glover Quin. … His NFL bio calls him a “tightly bundled muscle hammer” but he said he’s not sure what that means. He has earned a reputation as a big, nasty hitter.

JOE DAHL

Draft: Fifth round, 151st overall

Position: Guard/tackle

College: Washington State

Size: 6-foot-4, 299 pounds

Comments: He played left tackle in college but could be too short to handle that in the NFL so may be a better fit at guard. “I think the main thing is my level-head ability when I’m playing. I just never get too high or never get too low. I think I’m an intelligent player as well,” Dahl said. … He started 34 total games and is considered strong, physical and competitive. … As a senior, Dahl anchored a line that led the nation in passing at 389.5 yards per game.

ANTWOINE WILLIAMS

Draft: Fifth round, 169th overall

Position: Linebacker

College: Georgia Southern

Size: 6-foot-3 and 245 pounds

Comments: He started all 13 games as a senior with 107 tackles including 10.5 tackles for loss, four sacks, four forced fumbles and three pass breakups. He earned honorable mention for the All Sun Belt Conference. … His actual first name is Leander which is the same first name as his dad and brother. He and his brother both use their middle names to avoid confusion.

JAKE RUDOCK

Draft: Sixth round, 191st overall

Position: Quarterback

College: Michigan

Size: 6-foot-2, 208 pounds

Comments: He transferred to Michigan from Iowa to get one more season of football. Said Jim Harbaugh and the coaches in Ann Arbor helped him grow his game. … Quinn said one reason they were interested in him is because they played a pro style offense at Michigan. … “We had him in here for our local pro day, so we got an up close and personal look at him and felt that he would add really good competition to the quarterback room,” Quinn said.

ANTHONY ZETTEL

Draft: Sixth round, 202nd overall

Position: Defensive end

College: Penn State

Size: 6-foot-4, 273 pounds

Comments: His NFL bio says: “Relentless motor. Doesn’t give offensive lineman a snap off with a lazy rep. Credited by Penn State with 38 tackles for loss over his career. Urgency ratchets up even higher when he smells a play is there to be made. Reads quarterback’s eyes and steadies himself to time a leap into passing lane.” … Was once going for firewood and to knock down a dead tree he tackled it. Said the media blew it out of proportion but it proves just how strong and tough he is. … He grew up in West Branch as a fan of Barry Sanders and the Lions.

JIMMY LANDES

Draft: Sixth round, 210th overall

Position: Long snapper

College: Baylor

Size: 6-foot-1, 236 pounds

Comments: Went to Baylor to play baseball but gave the football coach a coach telling him he was a long snapper. Decided football offered him more. … Don Muhlbach, who is also from East Texas, has been the Lions long snapper for a dozen years and was re-signed for 2016. This is was Lions’ most baffling pick. … Landes said he didn’t expect to be drafted but was hoping to catch on as undrafted free agent.

DWAYNE WASHINGTON

Draft: Seventh round, 236th overall

Position: Running back

College: Washington

Size: 6-foot-2, 226 pounds

Comments: He’s got the size to be a power back that the Lions might need, but he had 10 fumbles in 227 carries at college. He said he’s working on better ball protection. … His NFL draft bio on his strengths reads: “Possesses rare combination of size and speed. Flashes the juice once he hits it onto second level. Has a rush of 68 yards or more in each of his three seasons despite limited carries.” … Raw talent with room for development.
