Let’s be real: With crazy work lives, making time for friends and bae, and trying to keep up with our ClassPass membership, worrying about your snacking habits sort of feels like the least (albeit, tastiest) of our problems.

But according to a new, very random survey from snack company Cello Whisps, what you nosh on during the day can actually have a pretty big impact on whether you get laid tonight.

A survey of 1,000 women revealed that a third of us feel less sexy after snacking and 70 percent of us judge ourselves when we snack. (Not exactly something that makes you feel frisky, right?)

But on the flipside, 52 percent of women felt that when they stuck to healthy snacks throughout the day, they were more inclined to get intimate later on. Who knew making solid snack choices was also an aphrodisiac?

The snack/sex connection is certainly an interesting finding, but take this small survey with a big grain of salt (or sugar). There are plenty of other reasons to eat healthy that don't involve getting busy!
