Today will be cold, with sunny spells and showers of rain or hail, according to Met Éireann. Light in the morning, the showers will become more frequent and heavier in the afternoon. Highest temperatures of 8°C to 10°C.

It will become dry early tonight and skies will clear. Lowest temperatures between 1°C and 3°C with frost expected.
