Radar and satellite are great for seeing what's happening above the ground, but only eyewitness reports can provide us with the "ground truth" we need in order to know what's happening at the surface.  Use this form to provide YOUR ground-truth information to the National Weather Service in Louisville, Kentucky so that we can better meet our mission of protecting lives and property.
