Hello! This newsletter is a monthly service provided by Good 2 Great, Inc., also known as CrossFit Eagle Rock and CrossFit Merge. The goal of this letter is to provide updates for our athletes and friends on events and happenings in the CFER/Merge communities.

Get ready for a Cinco de Mayo to remember! Join us at CrossFit Merge for Bring a Friend Day ALL day on Thursday, May 5th. In the evening, Eagle Rock Run Club will join us for a fun run at 6:30 pm, and we will end the evening with Mexican food from 6:30-8:30 pm (a small donation is encouraged) and Mariachi Karaoke from 8:00-10:00 pm. It will be fun for all, so you won't want to miss it!

It's that time of year, many of our friends are asking how to lose and extra 10 pounds for summer. Here's your chances to help them save on Build UP or boot camp classes and you can receive up to one 10% discount per month/per referral on your membership!
Your friend's must sign up through Good 2 Great website directly.
Friends can use coupon code "Friend" for $100 off Build UP.
Your friend must put your name in the "Note to Seller" section (same page as credit card information is input). If you refer more than one friend in any given month, you will receive the 10% discount in the month following any already discounted referral months.

Don't forget to try out the new Sunday morning stretch class with Natalie from 9:30 - 10:25 am at CFER! If you missed our introduction of Natalie last month, check out her bio below then come say hello on Sunday.
Natalie is a 200 Hour Certified Yoga instructor with a passion for fitness and sustainability. Join her for a one hour Stretch class to focus on stretching muscles and connective tissue in order to prevent injury and improve performance in your training. Every class will include warm ups, core work, opening of the chest and shoulders, and stretching the back body.
Natalie received her training at Exhale in Venice with Hala Khouri, Julian Walker and Jay Fields, since then she has been teaching around town at other Cross fit gyms and studios. She has a background in performance and dance. She also teaches Yoga in schools, and yoga for children with special needs. You can follow her on instagram @Wolfpackyoga and on Facebook.
