More mature workers join the workforce thanks to successful government training program

The Province of British Columbia has extended the Targeted Initiative for Older Worker (TIOW) programs in B.C. to Dec. 31, 2016. The federal and provincial governments are providing and additional $4.1 million to 14 service providers delivering the TIOW program in 16 communities throughout B.C.
