Hello from the Gensolve Team,

As our valued client, we wanted to let you know that our support staff will be unavailable on Monday 25 April due to the ANZAC Day public holiday and on Monday 2 May due to the Labour Day public holiday. Support staff will be back online and available to assist you as per normal from 8.30am AEST on both Tuesdays directly after these public holidays.

In addition to that, we have also been informed by WorkCover Queensland that due to an infrastructure upgrade to its computing systems this weekend, WorkCover Queensland services will be unavailable from 6pm AEST Friday 22 April to 8am AEST Tuesday 26 April.
