Did a fabulous job, was kind, clean, courteous and respectful. Would highly recommend.

We purchased a house and had an issue with cat dander. We called Robert who was happy to accommodate our tight schedule, between closing and move-in date. We even had a power outage 30 minutes before the scheduled cleaning and he worked with us to come after power was restored. The service was unparalleled!

While great service is always welcome, the actual cleaning was spectacular. The carpet was obviously cleaner, but more importantly some allergy symptoms were noticeably reduced.

We are also very thrilled that the carpet dries as quickly as it does. I was overly cautious, but I was able to set furniture on the carpet the same night.

I can't recommend All Clean Chem-Dry enough.

Robert was fantastic! He was quick to respond and was able to come the same day. I'm glad he was able to get the dog stains out of our carpet. He got the living room carpet looking and smelling great again. I definitely called the right person for the job!

First time using this service. Robert showed up promptly and got to work measuring our rooms. He was very friendly and finished the job in a reasonable amount of time. Our carpets had some wear and some pet stains and look great now! I highly recommend Robert and will use him in the future.

I just had my carpets cleaned the day before Thanksgiving, I was surprise too get an appointment so quickly. Robert was so nice, he called to say he was on his way. This was the 2nd time I have had him clean my carpets. Both times my carpets were really dirty, after Robert got thru the carpets were there original color. It is so nice to have the carpets cleaned and it doesn't take 8 hours to dry. When Robert is done the carpets are just damp, in about 2 hours they are dry. I recommend this company they are great.

I was referred to this company by a friend who used the company and was quoted $60.00 per hour.
That's clearly not the case! I waited 2 weeks with a designated time. Robert and crew (2) arrived 4 hours early, then quickly looked at my 7 month old couch which my father sat on for only a month prior to hospitalization and unfortunately he passed away.
Because he was early and I had a lot of other maintenance crew in place I didn't really look at the contract which was pushed in my face. I signed the agreement as I was overwhelmed at the time. The crew came in (left a dirty floor although they had a large tarp) and was gone within less than an hour. The couch was visibly dripping wet! two days later it's still damp!

His fee was 244.00 dollars!

I spoke with my friend who referred and she was shocked at the price! I decided to reach to Robert who had given me his card and said I am disappointed in the cost and he response was "well you signed the agreement ".
I suspect I was paying for 2 employees time (one who was looking at his phone most of the time).

He asked what he could do to make it right I said it's a 150.00 job as the couch was virtually new!

Ironically, the bill stated stain removal...funny as the couch had been covered for almost 6 months!

Robert stated my friend was a liar and he never charges $60.00 an hour! Omg! Really!

To say the crew is unprofessional is an understatement! I told him I will kill his chance of working with my 2 potential referrals one which included a church.

Beware! They will take advantage of you and their strategy is to arrive early become pushy!

Amazing communication and service! Have come out since the initial carpet cleaning when needed as well! Very friendly and thorough! 100% recommend!

I highly recommend Robert and All Clean Chem dry. He and his staff were punctual, professional and cleaned my two rugs beautifully. He has been in the industry for many years and it shows. He takes pride in his business and taking care of his customers. One rug was a wool blend and the other was a cotton blend. The technique they use was very gentle on the rugs, yet cleaned them perfectly! Do not hesitate to call... you won't be disappointed.

Robert is absolutely wonderful!! Our household has two dogs, two cats, and 5 adults - with a little on the way - so carpet cleaning is very necessary. Robert was so respectful and friendly. He showed up on time and did an excellent job on our carpets. Our house felt so fresh and we appreciate his help in creating a clean and comfortable space for our family's newest edition(:
