Judged by Cosmopolitan's readers and a panel of fashion experts, the Cosmopolitan Fashion Awards represent every element of fashion, from the best 'To-Die-For' denim, to 'Must-Flaunt' sportswear and 'Lust-Have' Designer of the year.
