Program Overview
We are the only on-the-job Cyber Security Analyst training program that includes hands-on experience in a fast growing Cyber Security Startup, eSure.AI which allows our students to be paid and trained at the same time. After their paid training, graduates are hired by eSure.AI or by other employers seeking candidates with real world cyber security experience*.
As the world evolves digitally, cyber security analysts are becoming more in demand to protects computer systems and networks from potential threats. They analyze security risks, develop solutions to mitigate those risks, and monitor networks for unauthorized access or suspicious activity. With an average U.S. starting salary of $88,000 and 3.5 million unfilled cyber security jobs by 2025, the security analyst role is an excellent starting point for a career in cyber security. No 4-year degree required and jobs across every industry category.

- Part-time: approximately 20 hours/week
- Operate as a junior cyber security consultant in a live Security Operations Center at a fast growing startup
- Learn on the latest cyber security AI tools and technologies
- Shadow a senior cyber security analyst Mentor
- Update your LinkedIn profile working at cyber security startup to attract recruiters
- 7.5 weeks at $20/hr ($3,000 total payout), may be extended or increased depending upon candidate performance.
Upcoming Training
July 1, 2024 Start Date
Upon acceptance intothe program, during onboarding it will be determined if the candidate requires basic IT Fundamentals in order to enter our CompTIA Security+ training. If so, candidates will be given an IT Fundamentals bootcamp to prepare them for Security+.
Candidates who already have Security+ certification (or comparable) maybe eligible to enter Phase 2 of our program directly.

Next cohort starts July 1, 2024 or August 21th for candidates with Security+ (or equivalent)
- Must be proficient in spoken and written English, as determined by initial interactions with our admissions team
- Must be 18 years or older and be eligible to legally work in the US, or in Canada if applying for position
- Must be able to pass any background checks associated with jobs that you apply for
- Must hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited educational institution or have eligible technical experience Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Tech Sales and or relevant industry experience
