(WFXR) — On Saturday, Aspen Dental locations across the country — including two in southwest Virginia — will open their doors to provide free dental care to military veterans and their spouses or significant others.
Aspen Dental’s Day of Service is a nationwide event recognizing veterans and providing much-needed dental care at no cost. This offer is available from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 6.
According to Aspen Dental, U.S. veterans are not eligible for dental benefits through the Veterans Administration unless they are 100-percent disabled, have a service-related mouth injury, or were a prisoner of war.
Two local Aspen Dental offices are participating in this Day of Service event:
- 380 Mall Drive, Suite 120 in Danville
- 2710 Market Street NE in Christiansburg
