Our 12-week Weight Management programme is designed by experts from Momenta. The programme has already helped thousands of people lose weight, reduce their waist size, sleep better and generally feel fitter, healthier, and happier.

Weight Management Programme

The Weight Management programme delivers sessions each week. The weekly 1-hour sessions focus on a different topic about nutrition, activity and behaviour change and is supported by a high-quality workbook and other resources.

The programme is delivered in an enjoyable and friendly group setting, and a trained health and wellbeing coach will support you get all the tools and knowledge you need to lose weight - and keep it off for good.

The programme is available every Thursday at 6:30pm.

It is an additional £7.50 per month for health and fitness members and £27.50 for non-members.
