Nice museum with Japanese and Western artists. There are several rooms where you can see out onto the park of the imperial palast. You don't get a guide with your ticket. That's charged separatly.

A must place in Tokyo if you are an art lover! To finish all in one half day seems almost unrealistic, there is so much to explore. Kind staff, nice exhibitions!

昨年末、大竹伸朗展を見に行きました。こちらは高畑勲展以来ですかね。内容や出来はよくしりませんが矢鱈と展示物多くて、情報量の凄さ、密度ぶりにヘトヘト。素直に圧倒されました。2階上がってようやく出てくる、jukeほか音楽家としての活躍があまりフューチャーされてないような。しかしこういう美術はわかりません。後日正月になってから、NHKの特番見て、さらに無為性のさまに呆れることになりました。

観覧料（所蔵作品展）は、［一　般］420円［大学生］130円ですが、毎月第１日曜日は所蔵作品展を無料で観覧できる。
