• Ensuring milk yields are kept constant by creating appropriate feed rations relevant to the season/period of lactation/gestation.
• Artificial insemination and monitoring calving.

• Daily milking, bedding and feeding 500+ dairy herds.
• Fluent in French and English, proficient in Spanish and German.

• Strong Hatchery Management background – controlling hatcheries producing over 1 million chicks per week.
• Specialises in “Staff Development” – training personnel to enable them to assume effective positions of management within their departments.
• Overseeing the planning, commissioning and installation of new equipment in both new and formerly redundant facilities.
• Ensuring implementation of policies and procedures.
• Establishes effective measurable controls so that performance can be monitored and corrective measures can be applied effectively.

• Successfully management of various large scale projects in Africa from initial feasibility study land acquisition, design and build, purchase and installation of machinery. Direct control of all staff, security and logistics surrounding projects.
• Experience running projects across a range of industries including housing projects, railway construction, agriculture, food production, textile manufacture and marine and fisheries.
• Specialises in streamlining functions and reducing operating costs without compromise to quality and output levels.
• Achieves excellent safety records putting processes in place to reduce injury numbers to zero.
