The new pool and cabana might be the best additions

Built in 1905, this Uptown Victorian home at 4238 Chestnut Street got a makeover in 2015 (for before pictures, check out the listing from the last time this beauty was on the market). The three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom house was professionally renovated and decorated for a fresh, modern look.

Highlights include a white paint job, new lighting fixtures, marble kitchen detailing, crown medallions, and, most significantly, an in-ground pool with a resort-style cabana. Historic details including the original wood floors, brick fireplaces, and stained glass windows remain intact. Outside, handcrafted copper lanterns by Bevolo cast a glow.

Check out the 2,453-square-foot home’s glow-up and decide if it warrants the $1,129,000 price tag.
