Crabdaddy Seafood and Wine Festival is happening at Sanctuary Vineyards on September 23rd!

If you haven’t been to an event out at Sanctuary Vineyards yet, you’ve been missing it! The grounds are gorgeous, the food is amazing and plentiful, you can shop a bit at The Cotton Gin and those vineyard folks totally know how to have a good time. Crabdaddy Seafood and Wine Festival is a perfect example!

Great weather, great crab, tasty wine and excellent music. A perfect way to celebrate fall on the Outer Banks.
Great weather, great crabs, tasty wine and excellent music = the perfect way to celebrate fall on the Outer Banks.

Once a year, Crabdaddy emerges from the Currituck Sound, bringing a bounty of fresh seafood for everyone to enjoy. Catch him at Sanctuary Vineyards on September 23 from 12-6PM, where we’ll be pairing the best Currituck wine and beer with fresh seafood from our local waters. Your ticket includes a signature “Crabdaddy” wineglass to keep, All You Can Eat steamed blue crabs from I Got Your Crabs, local wine and beer sampling, $5 worth of CrabBucks to use with vendors, live music and admission to the hayride and a chance to compete in the Crabdaddy Olympics for cash and prizes.

Live music for 2017 by Susto, Zack Mexico, Sensi Trails and Phantom Playboys.

The Phantom Playboys bring the sounds of Rock-a-billy and 50’s Rock-n-Roll with a splash of surf and flying jump-kick of raw energy! Get out your dancin’ shoes, because when this five-piece brass and steel freight train comes barreling down the tracks from Wilmington, NC, there won’t be a still foot in the house!

This event is rain or shine (will take place in the winery in the event of inclement weather) and tickets are available at www.sanctuaryvineyards.com, I Got Your Crabs in Kitty Hawk, or any Cotton Gin location.for $40/person. We’ll see you there – Everybody Will Get Crabs!
