I have received 2 orders in the last year from Lucys. They are the most beautiful bouquet's I have ever seen. They texted after the delivery to make sure I got them and was happy. Excellent customer service as well as gorgeous arrangements. They have all of my business moving forward!

I normally don't write bad reviews, But I had a very bad experience here. I came here to purchase some flowers my friends birthday. the lady in the front did a great job at helping me pick what bouquet arrangement style that I liked & wanted. After picking the color & style of the arrangement she says that they had ran out of certain flowers which I was okay with but what they have given me were some bad flowers. the flowers in the arrangement looked like they were weeks old, leaves were turning brown, flowers weren't crisp & fresh. I ended up paying full price because she quote on quote made the arrangement already. super upsetting and very bad customer service

Recently we located my 1/2 sister, it took over 50 years for my siblings and I to connect with her. This was her first birthday in our family We wanted to send birthday flowers, 3 different bouquets. Lucy was so helpful dealing with 3 different people. The bouquets were amazing!! Best service, beautiful flower, great prices!! Don't waste your time calling other florists. Thank you Lucy

This was a great experience with buying flowers. The lady that helped me was nice and knew exactly what I wanted. Didn't take long, and the price is great for the quality. I would recommend this place.

Definitely stop here or phone order Lucy's quality, stunning, FRESH and gorgeous arrangements. She is also a great person for special occasions, holidays, just because and event flowers! She does incredible work! Every bouquet is something to stop and smell the flowers! Her shop is located in a busy shopping center On Havana & Jewel, Birchtree Shopping Center but there is always parking for a pick up flower order. Support local and small businesses! She is very professional and friendly!

After a disaster of a time trying to order Mother's Day flowers last year from a different florist, I was so relieved and happy with the result from Lucy and her team. My mom was overjoyed with the arrangement. And I definitely beat my brother. I will be going back to Lucy next year.

We ordered a funeral wreath from Lucy's Flowers and were absolutely blown away at the beauty and care Lucy took with the wreath. She listened to what we wanted (in this case a rainbow with very specific flowers) and delivered beyond our expectations and at a reasonable price. I 100% recommend her services.

I had a spontaneous idea and needed to send special flowers to an address in Aurora (I live in California) and after doing some research on the web, landed on Lucy's Flowers. Nice website and good Yelp Reviews. Considering it was Valentine's Day, I was keeping my fingers crossed. The owner, Lucy, was friendly, professional, and very helpful. My floral arrangement just got delivered and they were PERFECT!!! A+ job and service. I highly recommend this place. Worth every penny.
