Hampshire Cricket & The Ageas Bowl have confirmed an exciting new partnership with Southampton 2025 Trust.
The Southampton 2025 Trust, the team behind the UK City of Culture 2025 bid, will now have backing from the club and venue, which has been officially named as a City Partner.
The partnership will aim to strengthen the opportunity to showcase all areas of culture including the city’s strong sporting heritage.
We are delighted to partner with Southampton UK City of Culture 2025 and offer our full backing to this hugely exciting bid.

I first joined Hampshire Cricket in 2016 with the Southern Vipers. Two years later I decided to move down to the area because I loved it so much.
Southampton is a city obsessed with sport, from grassroots to the elite, and has so much to offer. It’s an honour to support this great city in its bid to become City of Culture 2025.
