Nokia C6-01's Price Starts To Drop!

Breaking news for mobilephone lovers in the Philippines! Nokia C6-01, my highly regarded and decreed number one mobilephone of 2010 made past its initial price offering and starts fitting to its prescribe price. From more than PhP18,000 in December, the phone now breeze along PhP14,400 in online shops and will continue to drop as I would predict to its original announced price of PhP12,000. This would mean that the poor to middle class geekonites like me would finally be able to own it as an upgrade to our highly abuse smartphones.

I will be putting my purchase on hold for awhile though because I will be receiving a trial Nokia C7 from Nokia Philippines but after my trial ends, I'll run over to the nearest Nokia Flagship store to buy either Nokia C6-01, C7 or if my budget permits, my long lust dream phone Nokia N8.

I'm really very excited because I miss smartphone connectivity life a lot. I sold all my smartphones from Nokia N82 my very first to Nokia 5233 my last internet capable phone to amass a budget which is at around PhP15,000 at the moment to buy either of the three. Believe it or not, I'm using a Nokia 1200 as a primary phone for a week now and a chinese dual SIM phone for my reloading business. I miss Gravity, Foursquare, Facebook, my eMail's on the go, my RSS feeds, downloading, installing and removing application via Ovi Store, Ovi Maps, taking pictures about anything, etc. Hopefully my trial device arrives as soon as possible to put an end to my suffering!

Price update for the rest of the mentioned phone, Nokia C7 hovers around PhP15,000 price point which I predict will be its resting price for the next 3-6 months while the Nokia N8 costs at around PhP21,400 and will dropped to PhP18,500 in a few months time, its resting price to die for.

Anyways, stay tuned for more price updates... let the waiting game begins!
