That's why I encourage you to read the Wall Street Journal's profile of Lynda Weinman, co-founder of the company that was just sold to LinkedIn for $1.5 billion.

There's tons of advice floating around LinkedIn, and surely much of it is valuable.

I like the simplicity of Lynda Weinman's story the best:

Do what you love. Treat people well. Keep making it better.

And good things will happen.
