Wedding Fair Venues

The first, and most important, decision to make when planning a wedding fair – whether you’re looking to keep the event at a small scale or target a larger selection of engaged couples - is where you are going to hold it. As well as ensuring that the venue has the capacity to hold all of your visitors and is located in an easily accessible area, your venue is also likely to determine the costs for furniture and catering hire

Once you have sorted your venue, you will need to establish exactly how your attendees will navigate the fair and coordinate the details of all of the suppliers to ensure that the day runs as smoothly as possible. Depending on the venue you choose you may be looking at hiring tables and chairs for the vendors, you need to think about whether or not suppliers will require an area for a catwalk, to showcase their designs. If so, you need to make sure your audience is comfortable - our range of folding chairs are perfect for pop up functions or events that require a collapsible seating solution.

Finally, why not get your guests in the party mood by arranging a drinks reception when they enter the venue?  Think about creating a lounge area with more comfortable furniture so guests feel at ease as soon as they arrive and hire crystal Champagne flutes so they can toast to their wedding planning!

Finally it also might be an idea to create a pop-up bar area, with LED tables and bar units so guests can take some time out to mull over the information given to them by the vendors.
