AlwaysOnTheGoAugust 31, 2015Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. The staff was so nice and attentive. We stayed with friends and had a great experience. The showers were huge so that's a bonus!! Restaurants are great too!

Mark BApril 17, 2021Fantastic rooms and a great location in downtown near the music and bars. It is also attached to the Country Music Hall of Fame. Check on services before you book as room service wasn’t available.

Definitely worth being an Omni member for the upgraded WiFi and free coffee voucher / door tag. Membership is free too!

Clean and descent. 30sec away from Music Center.- One of the nicest hotels in Nashville. My favorite part is either Cafe Java's signature cocktails or the biscuit bar at Kitchen Notes

halima TravellerSeptember 20, 2014Had lunch at the kitchen restaurant. Service was slow. Had to wait too long to get seated then for food. Food was bland. Tiny fruit salad as a side. Waitress cheerful but total experience spoilt.
