The 2011 SEC championship ring awarded to LSU cornerback Mo Claiborne is currently on sale on eBay, with a "buy now" price of $100,000.
Claiborne was a unanimous All-American and SEC Defensive Player of the Year in 2011, when the Tigers went 13-1 and lost to Alabama in the BCS National Championship Game. He also won the Jim Thorpe Award as the top defensive back in college football.
Claiborne, 26, was the No. 6 overall pick in the 2012 NFL draft by the Dallas Cowboys, but has been plagued by injury the last three seasons. He recently re-signed with the Cowboys on a one-year deal for $3 million, plus incentives.
The eBay auction for Claiborne's ring ends April 9.
