Hill Active vs. Thunder

Friday, Feb. 19

Hill had two points and four rebounds in 12 minutes against the Oklahoma City Thunder on Friday.

Hill's Impact Goes Beyond Box Score

While Hill was averaging just 9.4 points, 6.9 rebounds and 0.5 blocks primarily as a bench contributor prior to the injury, Indiana had posted a net rating of plus-4.4 points per 100 possessions with him on the floor this season, per NBA.com's stats database. Indiana's net rating with Hill on the bench is just plus-1.6 points per 100 possessions.

His contributions in the box score may not be eye-popping, but Hill has a tough demeanor that permeates through the rest of Indiana's defense when he's on the floor. With solid rim-protecting skills and a knack for crashing the boards, Hill is one of the Pacers' true unsung heroes.
