Camille Cosby lost her bid to fend off a deposition involving her husband, Bill Cosby. A judge has ordered 71-year-old Camille to be deposed Monday (Feb. 22) in the sexual assault lawsuit brought against her husband by seven women.

The accusers filed suit against 78-year-old Bill last year. Over the weekend, Camille’s lawyer filed an emergency motion to delay her part in the legal proceedings citing that she “has had no involvement with the facts or allegations underlying this case.” Furthermore, the attorney stated that the deposition was purposeless except for to “harass and embarrass her.”

The judge clearly disagreed, and Camille is expected to be questioned on claims her husband of more than 50 years sexual assaulted several women, decades ago. The deposition will take place at a Marriott Hotel in Massachusetts, reports the New York Post.

Bill has already admitted to cheating on his wife with other women, but contends that the sexual encounters were consensual.

The comedian was called into court last month to be formally charged with sexually assaulting a ex-Temple University employee, Andre Constand, with whom he settled a lawsuit back in 2005. However, the District Attorney brought charges against the comedian just before the statute of limitations ran out.

Cosby’s legal bills are probably sky high at this point. He is suing Constand as well as the other accusers.
