State of Colorado
Governor's Citizenship Medal - Corporate Citizenship
Inspired by the Presidential Medal of Freedom - the highest civilian award of the United States – the Colorado Governor’s Citizenship Medals honor Colorado leaders who inspire excellence and community service. By Executive Order B 2015010 from the Office of the Governor, five medals are awarded annually on a nonpartisan basis by the sitting Governor on behalf of past Governors and the citizens of Colorado. Medals include: Emerging Community Leader, Colorado Mountain Leader, Growth and Innovation, Public and Community Service, Corporate Citizenship, and Vanguard Legacy.

Environmental Awards
In recognition of its leadership role, ASC won the Golden Eagle Award for overall environmental excellence in the ski industry an unprecedented seven times, in 1998, 1999, 2001, 2004, 2006, 2012 and 2016. We've also been recognized by Outside Magazine as one of the Top 100 Best Places to Work six times, in 2008, 2010, 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015. In addition, the company received:
