Yet another blast from the past is checking into American Horror Story: Hotel.
Sarah Paulson — who currently plays Sally McKenna on the FX series — will pull double-duty in the Season 5 finale when she reprises her Murder House role of psychic Billie Dean Howard.
According to EW.com, the Hotel finale — airing Wednesday, Jan. 20, at 10/9c — will reveal that Billie Dean has her own reality series about her psychic abilities, and she comes to the Hotel Cortez to film an episode.
AHS: Hotel previously made a Season 1 connection via Christine Estabrook’s realtor Marcy and Matt Ross’ Dr. Montgomery.

I loved her character on season 1! However, while I like the idea that this is all in the same universe and all the seasons are connected, I think they are playing it up too much. One subtle reference every season would be okay, like Marcy the realtor being in the very first episode of Hotel, but anymore is just overkill and is starting to feel like an Avengers movie, not an anthology show that happens to be in the same “universe”.
What will they do to set her apart from Sally, though? Even though Sally looks like a crack head, she’ll still look exactly like Billie Dean.
So excited about Tony Shalhoub’s guest starring role on The Blacklist.
When I glanced at the headline, I thought it said “Monk joins Blackish.”
Monk! Yea! I will be glad to see Tony S again. I am also liking everything I see and read about the upcoming season of New Girl. There is a hilarious promo out now with a dancing Schmidt.
