M.Gemi Launches Custom Moccasins for Holiday Season

Just in time for the holidays, M.Gemi is offering shoe lovers the chance to give the gift of customization.
Today, the direct-to-consumer shoe brand, which has been on a roll since debuting in March, launched a custom service on its website that allows women to design and order a personalized version of its popular Felize moccasin.
Handmade by artisans in Toscana, Italy, the mocs are available in 12 different suedes that cross the color spectrum, from neutrals like gray, nude, navy and black to bright pink, orange, yellow and red. As part of the customization process, shoppers can also select the stitching used on their shoes — there are three choices of ecru, black or a thread that matches the suede. And the pegs on the sole are offered in amber, black or white.
To further make the moccasins unique, M.Gemi will monogram your initials inside the rim of the shoe.
Each pair of moccasins will retail for $198, but shoe lovers hoping to get a pair in time for Christmas will have to order now. The turnaround for each pair is about six weeks from order to delivery.
However, if you missed your window to order, don’t worry: M.Gemi is offering gift certificates that can used for the program. And the custom moc service will continue into 2016.
