What ever you think of Bush, He brought back respect for the White House and always remembered his Position as President of all the people of the USA.
He was not partisan to Obama, although Obama constantly trashed him.
Bush was not partisan as the Incompetent Carter trying to rebuild his tarnished Presidency or Bill Clinton who debased the White House and his position as President(Disbarred in Arkansa) trying to remain a Public Figure of consequences.
Bush has acted Presidential since his term ended.
