Way back in 2007, Daniel Radcliffe—star of the Harry Potter films and notorious ladykiller—bought a sleek apartment at 40 Mercer, paying $4.3 million for the Soho two-bedroom. However, the Boy Who Lived seems to prefer the West Village, as he's been renting the place out pretty much from the get-go. Now, it's now back on the market and it's asking $19,000/month, Zillow reports. The apartment is listed by Halstead, who hilariously calls the apartment "Mercer Street Magic." Nevertheless, it's a pretty nice two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath place spread across 1,800 square feet, with high ceilings, a nice, contemporary kitchen, and a master bath with dual sinks, a walk-in shower, and an enormous soaking tub.
