IRIN Middle East | Europe doesn't have a migrant crisis, it has a Syrian crisis | Iraq | Syria | Conflict | Early Warning | Human Rights | Migration | Refugees/IDPs: In Italy, the number of sea arrivals (mostly from Libya) has changed little since last year. From January to the end of August, there were 114,000, up from 112,000 over the same period in 2014, according to the International Organization of Migration.
