STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. -- A total of 92 Con Edison customers in New Springville were out of power for nearly two hours on Friday morning.
The outage caused by a fault on an underground line started at 4:42 a.m. and all customers were restored by 6:30 a.m., said Joy Faber, a spokeswoman for Con Edison.
The Con Edison website indicated that the lights were out in homes along Klondike Avenues, Shale Street and Furness Place.
