Third Floor of Back Bay's 6 Newbury Asking Eight Figures

New, 3 comments

The units at Chanel No. 6, the newish development at 4-6 Newbury Street in Back Bay that includes a two-level perfume shop selling the French brand, have already scaled quite a few sales heights, including hosting the most expensive Boston condo sale of 2013. And yet here comes what's being called Unit 3 (there are four total now in the building), brand-new to the market through Tracy Campion and promising flourishes such as floor-to-ceiling windows, 80 feet of Newbury frontage, wine storage and direct-elevator access. There are no interior shots, just exteriors, because the 5,585-square-foot, floor-through condo is still but a shell. We do know the asking price: Unit 3 wants $12,950,000. That's $2,318 a square foot and the place comes with a $6,253 condo fee. Which is actually kind of cheap for Chanel No. 6.
