It's absolutely so they can allow any scam artist to use their platform without consequence. Manyvids has not even made it harder by burying Google results on how to get refunds. The refunds already come in credit and now it's even harder to find how to get an unsatisfactory refund of credits that other scam artitsts can exploit. Google Manyvids refund policy. Good luck findig anything helpful. This is by design. Why wouldn't they have support off of a user menu? Manyvids want to be more like OF and allow content creators to do whatever they want and if that includes ripping users off so be it as long as Manyvids can increase it's membership
As a buyer is it possible to transfer tokens to my wallet, so I can purchase custom videos?
I wouldn't mind being able to use my earnings to buy a video every now and then. Perhaps that would be a consideration?

This is an awful joke from an already cancerous anti-consumer website. The main reason they did this was so they don't have to refund you your money. Instead, they stick it in a stupid "wallet" where you have to spend it on the site. I tried getting a refund to my debit card after a MVgirl screwed me over once, and the support staff refused to refund me to my card. I threatened to press charges, and the support staff replied with a threat of attacking me legally and closing my account.
This site is scummy and super shady, I highly recommend avoiding it, and definitely not spending money here. Get your porn for free from porn streaming sites like everyone else, don't be a filthy simp.
I don't see an option to reload. I was issued a credit for a refund, used part of it. Now when try another order another custom clip the wallet option is grey because the order is more than the amount of my wallet. No option to use the remainder of my wallet balance and pay the balance with my credit card,

This is an awesome feature, however, I share the same sediments as a lot of the other comments on here. It's hard to get excited for something like this when there still a lot of issues from the last update. This site functioned so much better and was much more social when we had our walls and the flyer. Please communicate with us better.

As for more improvements however, I think we can all agree that we'd LOVE Mv Flyer back. I've heard so many buyers complaining that they're finding it hard to find updates on MV from their favourite models now! I know we have the 'Activity Wall', but this doesn't seem to be working for a number of reasons

Not a bad idea, however there's so many issues the website is having it seems like another thing you're throwing at us in the hopes we'll forget the site doesn't work well. I’ll be honest I probably won’t use This feature as a buyer. I really need the flyer and the wall back. Without these I find it very difficult as a buyer to use the site after these updates now! This is what we need, not this!
@ Mr Happy 2019... and the absence of the wall and flyer is seriously affecting sales, i'm sure MV knows this, but don't care enough to do anything about it.
Lots of my regulars are telling me something like this... MV just got rid of the wall so they can sell more memberships to message girls, because right now you can only message a girl for a certain amount of time after you buy a video, so you have to keep buying videos or membership to talk to girls. Getting rid of the wall is a big scheme to sell memberships on here, or at least it appears that way to the majority of users. I'm not sure why they would keep the flyer gone for so long though, that just doesn't make sense.
I say the mv flyer and mv wall or just bring back the old design and make update from there . Give models update and tell them when you about to do a site change
