Next time you're in a hospital and you hear a page for Dr. Firestone, chances are something is burning. If you hear Code Black there might be a bomb threat or a suspicious package. There are codes for all kinds of people and colors and UPHAA, a blog of worldwide unusual things, provides you with the long list. Some are just interesting, but others will give you heads up on an emergency. While you might not necessarily want to flee the scene, a little extra knowledge about potential danger in your surroundings can't hurt.
