Seattle.gov Usability Study Participant Application
Thank you for choosing to participate in the Seattle.gov usability study, run by Knowledge As Power, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. The survey questions below are pretty easy - it should only take about 5 minutes.  

People who answer this questionnaire and are selected to participate will receive a $20 credit at Tippr.com.  At http://tippr.com, your $20 goes gets doubled or tripled in value with their daily deals which include local businesses such as massage parlors, restaurants and bars, museums and events, and much more.

You may sign up again if you have previously signed up to participate in a usability test with us.

However we would ask that you not sign up again if you have already come in for a usability test session.
